Using Yapsu AI

AI Features and Your Content

Some features process voice recordings, transcripts, answers, and lesson context to provide speech recognition and AI feedback. You give us permission to process this content only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

AI feedback may be incomplete or incorrect. It is provided for language-learning purposes and should not be treated as professional advice.

Subscriptions and Payments

Paid plans may renew automatically unless you cancel them through the store or payment provider that handled your purchase. Prices, trial periods, renewal terms, and cancellation options are shown before purchase. Refunds are subject to the rules of the applicable store or our Refund Policy.

Ownership

Yapsu AI and its licensors own the service, software, lessons, designs, trademarks, and related materials. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you.

Third-Party Services

The service may depend on third-party platforms, stores, payment providers, and AI or cloud services. Their own terms and policies may also apply.

Service Changes and Termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We may suspend or end access when you violate these Terms, create risk, or when required by law. You may stop using Yapsu AI at any time.

Disclaimers and Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, Yapsu AI disclaims implied warranties and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
